OREGON & WASHINGTON WATERFOWL HUNT

THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST IS HOME TO ONE OF THE LONGEST AND BEST WATERFOWL SEASONS THE NATION HAS TO OFFER. MANY HUNTS OFFER MULTIPLE SPECIES AND BONUS BIRDS.

SPECIALIZING IN TROPHY SEA DUCK & DIVER DUCK HUNTS

Our Washington guided duck hunts offer an excellent opportunity for fast-paced, up close and personal hunts for numerous species! You can expect a wide variety of local and migratory sea ducks, diver ducks and some puddle ducks. Many of these birds winter around our location and we consistently see fantastic numbers throughout the year! Our sea duck hunts are out of our new custom boat and layout boats. If you haven’t had a chance to experience this type of hunting it is an absolute blast. Our Washington duck hunting season runs from October through the end of January.  Come join us hunting some of the rarest ducks in the country! Whatever you enjoy most our goal is a High-Quality Washington Waterfowl Hunt for you this fall!

A Typical Day:

You will arrive the night before at the incredible The Heathman Lodge located near our hunting locations. We will meet you there in the morning and take a short drive to our hunting location for that day. Once we arrive we will set the decoys for the day. Depending on the hunt, we’ll get you settled into our custom boat or your personal layout boat you’ll be ready for your Washington duck hunt. Our hunts can be catered towards a particular species or more broad such as a sea duck or puddle duck hunt. The majority of our hunters target sea ducks only as we will have ample opportunity to harvest a full limit per day. Your hunt will last as long as it takes to harvest a limit. Some groups finish up in a couple hours, and as it is hunting some days it takes until early afternoon to finish up.

GREATER AND LESSER SCAUP

Blue Bills are one of the most enjoyable waterfowl to hunt in my opinion. There is nothing like 200 birds coming in and decoying perfectly. Really gets the adrenaline going. Come out for a two or three day hunt on the Columbia River to get your Greater and Lesser Scaup. Trip includes lodging, transportation to and from the airport, daily pick up for hunts, meal vouchers, breakfast and lunch provided as well, ammo, and gear if needed. Bird processing available with freezer service available. Not open to residents of PNW. Minimum two hunters.

BONUS BIRDS

With 26 different species available for waterfowl hunting in the PNW there is a good chance that there will be bonus birds available to the collectors out there. If for some reason you get your trophy bird right out of the gate, bonus birds can be added to the hunt. Many hunters will get up to four species on a two-day hunt and some have been able to get as many as seven.

OCEAN AND RIVER FISHING TRIPS

KOKANEE FISHING

Kokanee are landlocked Sockeye Salmon, they are fun to catch and taste exceptional! Prepare Kokanee the same way you would salmon or trout. Kokanee can be fished year-round, although most anglers target them from April through August.

$125.00 Per Person/Day

COLUMBIA RIVER STURGEON

These prehistoric fish are the largest gamefish found in Oregon, and one of the largest freshwater fish found anywhere in the world. Anglers frequently catch and release sturgeon of 10 feet or more on the Columbia River but these fish are capable of topping 20 feet.

CATCH AND RELEASE: $175.00 Per Person/Day
RETENTION: $250.00 Per Person/Day

BOTTOM FISHING

There is a huge variety of bottom fish that can be caught on the reefs just off the shore. A few of the most common ones include Lingcod, Sea Bass, and Rockfish. Bottom fish are plentiful and offer delicious, white meat for you to take home.

$225.00 Per Person/Day

GUIDED RIVER & SALMON

Salmon fishing embodies the spirit of the Pacific Northwest and anglers in this region hold salmon in the highest regard. Fishing for Salmon is as much a lifestyle as it is a hobby. From spring salmon fishing, known for being the best salmon taste in the world to King Salmon, the biggest run of salmon on the planet.

$225.00 Per Person/Day River
$250.00 Per Person/Day Ocean
$1000 for 4 person minimum to reserve the whole boat.

SALMON BUOY 10

The Buoy 10 channel marker is located at the mouth of the Columbia River where the Chinook and Coho Salmon begin their annual migration from the Pacific Ocean upriver. Their bodies go through a rapid change and their kidneys must adjust to accommodate the water change. The Salmon eat every bit of food they can before they head upriver to spawn. As a result, there is a large amount of hungry and aggressive fish that make for spectacular fishing.

$250.00 Per Person/Day
$1000 for 4 person minimum to reserve the whole boat.

SALMON/CRABBING OR BOTTOM FISHING COMBO

Summer wouldn’t be the same without going crabbing! Almost all bays, beaches, and estuaries on the coast have some crab but we know the best spots to fill your pots with the tastiest shellfish in the region. This is a great trip for families and groups.

$250.00 Per Person/Day
$1000 for 4 person minimum to reserve the whole boat.
